2 Shipping Policy

2.1 Locations
i. We ship to locations in the UK and the Isle of Man.
ii. We ship to a range of international destinations as detailed in the Costs table below.
2.2 Costs
i. UK and Isle of Man shipping is charged as detailed below.

 Destination Shipping charge (incl. VAT)
UK & Isle of Man Orders up to £150: £4.95
Orders over £150: free shipping


ii. International shipping is charged based on the size of Your order and depending on Your geographical location. Below is a table of costs for the countries to which We ship; the specific cost associated with Your order will be displayed to You during checkout when You have provided Your delivery address.

2.3 Dispatch schedule
i. Orders placed by lunchtime on weekdays are normally prepared & packaged on the same day. Orders placed at weekends or during public holidays will be prepared on the next working day.
ii. Orders which have be prepared for dispatch will be picked up by Our courier(s) toward the end of each working day.
iii. When Our courier has picked up Your order then You will receive tracking information from them to follow its progress to You directly.
2.4 Packaging & parcels
i. Orders of single bottles will be packed in packaging appropriate for the single bottle. Orders of two or more bottles will be packed in a single package appropriate for holding that number of bottles.
2.5 Amendments
i. In accordance with our Returns Policy, You may amend Your order until it is dispatched by Us, and you may cancel Your order up until 14 days after You have received it.
