1 Overview

i. This Returns Policy forms part of Our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to alter this Policy in any way and at any time.
ii. Please retain a copy of this Returns Policy for Your future reference.

2 Returns Policy

2.1 Your right to cancel Your order with Us
i. You may cancel Your order with Us within 14 days of physical receipt of the products in Your order without giving a reason to Us.
ii. In case of an order cancellation, You must contact Us in writing. You must return the products in Your order to Us in accordance with section 2.3 below within 14 days of Your cancellation notice being sent to Us, and after We have verified the satisfactory condition of the returned products then We will refund You within 14 days in accordance with section 2.3 below.
iii. You do not have the right to make such a cancellation for products which originally have been sealed for health protection reasons and which have become unsealed.
2.2 Faulty or otherwise defective products
i. When You receive the goods in Your order, You are required to inspect the goods in order to identify any faults or defects.
ii. In the event that You receive goods which You consider to be faulty or otherwise defective, You must inform Us in writing with illustrative information for example a photograph about the fault and/or defect within seven days of the date on which You have received the delivery. After this seven day period has elapsed, We will record that You accept that the goods have been received by You in satisfactory condition.
iii. We may not accept any claims for transit damage unless the damage is reflected in Our courier’s documentation relating to Our delivery to You.
iv. If We require You to return goods to Us then You must do so within 14 days of receipt of Our notification of this requirement to You.
2.3 Returns & Refunds
i. Any items returned to Us without prior written notification by You, will not be accepted by Us.
ii. Any refunds which We make to You will be through the original method of payment which You used, in pounds Sterling (£).
iii. When You return any item to Us, You are responsible for ensuring suitable packaging to avoid damage in transit. You must include in any return package the relevant paperwork identifying the goods.
iv. In the event that for any reason You return goods to Us from outside of the UK then We may not be able to refund postage and packing for Your delivery or return, or import duties, taxes or administration fees incurred by You in connection with Your delivery or return.
v. In the event that goods are returned to Us because of any action or lack of action by You which has prevented those goods being cleared by Customs or other authority for import into Your local jurisdiction, for example if You decide not to pay any taxes or duties etc. which are due, then any costs incurred by Us in the return to Us of the goods may be deducted by Us from any refund We may make to You.
vi. In the event that You decide to cancel Your contract with Us after We have dispatched goods to You then You are entitled to a refund after and only after We have received Your return of the goods to Us in pristine condition and in any case with condition as follows; in the case of alcohol, bottles must retain their original seal unbroken, be unopened, and be in their original packaging; in the case of clothing and other accessories these must be unworn, unused, and retain their original packaging, tags and labelling. We reserve the right to reduce the value of a refund to You, potentially to zero, in the event that We receive the goods in any condition other than that described herein.
vii. If a product is returned to Us because You have decided to cancel Your contract with Us, then We may offer You a free-of-charge return service where You take the item to a facility of Our courier which is local to You, then Our courier will return the item to Us. We reserve the right to require You to pay the costs for return delivery.
viii. In the event that You have received faulty or otherwise defective goods, then upon confirmation by Us of the fault or defect We will either provide a free-of-charge replacement or refund to You the cost of your order including the original delivery costs and reasonable return costs.
ix. Any items returned to Us in the event of a fault or defect must be received by Us in the condition in which they were received by You.
x. In case of a refund where We require return of goods from You to Us then We will make any refunds due to You within 14 days of satisfactory return receipt of goods by Us.
xi. All items returned to Us should be sent to the postal address provided below. We recommend that You use a Royal Mail signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.
2.4 Exchanges
i. In the event that You wish to exchange a product for a different one, We request that You return the original product in accordance with this Returns Policy and then make a separate purchase of the different product that You may want.
2.5 Exceptions
i. We do not accept returns of items which are perishable, items which have been personalised, or personal care products.
