All UK orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Glasgow.

Single-bottle orders are usually dispatched using Royal Mail, and multiple-bottle orders use DPD.

You can track your order easily using the tracking number in your "Order Fulfilled" email. Here you also will have some options to change your delivery date and other details.

Orders placed before 12:00pm on weekdays (except public holidays) will normally be fulfilled on the same day.

Orders dispatched on DPD's "Two Day" service for remote addresses may take more than two days to arrive, depending on your exact location.

Shipping prices start at £4.95, and shipping is free for orders over £150. You can see our full set of rates here.

International orders are shipped by DHL Express from our Glasgow fulfilment centre.

Shipping times vary somewhat by international destination. Mainland Europe deliveries are usually within a few days, whilst global deliveries can take one or two weeks.

You can follow the progress of your order directly with your DHL tracking info, which also lets you set some specific delivery options.

Taxes & duties

International orders are not charged UK VAT (sales tax). This will be reflected in the checkout price once you enter your delivery address.

You will be charged your local VAT and other import duties, by DHL during transit of your order.

If you decide not to pay these charges then your order may either be destroyed or returned to us - in this case the associated costs may be deducted from your refund.
